Do you want to get to the heart of your health issues? Do you want to fix what is wrong with you and not just take another pill? Wellness starts with a phone call. Set up a time to learn about how we can help you find some answers and solutions to your ongoing issues. 

During the introductory phone call, we find out a little about you and you find out  little about us. If you think we are a good fit and that you will benefit from our services, we will proceed with an introductory session. During that extended session, we take the time to really listen to your concerns and take a detailed history. We may also ask for previous lab and other testing results.  Based on the type of intervention you request, we will develop a plan to address your concerns and work to get you on the road to health. 

Our goal is to optimize your health with a focus on how to reverse current chronic health conditions and prevent new ones from developing. We work alongside your primary care provider to make sure you have continuity of care and the best possible results.
