While we'll never say there is a food you can't have, we will help you learn the ways diet and lifestyle have a direct impact on your day to day and chronic health.
Move it or lose it is not just a saying, it's a medical reality. We recommend choosing ways to move and exercises that you enjoy. This will increase your chances of making a long-term change and continuing the practice.
Incorporating more movement into your daily life, how much and how often will also be discussed. Standing desks, stairs instead of elevators, working in the yard or garden, and parking farther away from entrances are all easy ways to do this. Stretching is highly recommended due to its physical, mental, and anti-inflammatory benefits.
