Origins Health performs typical primary care services, including but not limited to annual physicals, preventive exams, and maintenance exams.

Included in your membership:

• Direct access to your provider during normal business hours via phone call, text, or email
• Online self-scheduling
• Lifestyle medicine education on various health conditions, including weight loss, tobacco cessation, chronic disease management, health optimization strategies, and disease prevention
• Wholesale pricing on lab testing, including annual wellness labs, strep tests, COVID tests, and urinalysis
• Wholesale pricing on select generic prescriptions 
• Typical primary services, including care for rashes, sore throats, upper respiratory infections, strains, sprains, simple wound repair, and removal of skin lesions

At Origins Health, we believe there is a better way to provide exceptional healthcare to patients. As a direct primary care (DPC) clinic, we give patients access to the personalized care they need to make real changes in their health. We focus on lifestyle and preventive medicine to help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

Origins Health accepts most major forms of payment including cash, credit card, and check. We cannot accept insurance or FSA/HSA payments at this time.

DPC membership fees are not currently defined as a “medical expense” and therefore are not tax deductible. Your membership fee cannot be reimbursed or paid for by an FSA or HSA account. However, we advise that you discuss this further with your tax preparer or accountant to get the most accurate information. 

Origins Health does not accept insurance or bill third-party commercial health insurance. At this time, Origins Health cannot accept patients with Medicaid or Medicare. However, please contact us to get notified if this changes in the future. 

Origins Health is NOT health insurance. Patients are highly encouraged to carry their own insurance. Outside services including imaging, specialty visits, physical therapy, and emergency care are not covered as part of your DPC membership.
